Information about the Guidelines for Authors
Prospective authors are invited to contribute to the conference by electronically submitting a full paper in English of no more than 6 pages including illustrations, results and references. Submissions should be in pdf, formatted in accordance with the ISPRS guidelines. The guidelines, especially referring to the layout, can be found at the home page of the ISPRS here.

Please find a latex-stylefile here and a BibTeX bibliography stylefile here (do not use the one given on the ISPRS-homepage).

Each paper will be reviewed by at least three members of the Program Committee. Decision on acceptance will be made by the Program Committee. All accepted papers will be printed. The decision on the type of presentation will be made by the Program Committee based on their suitedness.

For submission the manuscript should not contain author's name and affiliation to make the blind review process possible !

Within the submission form you will be able to enter all the data of your contribution. To submit your paper you should use our conference tool
and login here.

With the submission of a paper the authors oblige themselves to participate at the conference and present their paper in case it is accepted.

1. Oral presentation

The total time for each presentation is scheduled to be 30 minutes:
  • 21 min for presentation
  • 7 min for discussion (please leave time for discussion as this is the most valuable part for all)
  • 2 min for change between presentations

We provide a projector (beamer or overhead). If you need a second one or some other special equipment, please let us know.

For presentation with a beamer you may use our PC. Please, provide your presentation on an USB-Stick or CD, if possible. You may also use your own computer, in case you want to show videos or other software.

Please, get in contact with a session chair well before your session to check details.

2. Poster presentation

The poster area is 1m width x 2 m height per booth. Please, prepare the poster on maximum A0-format, upright.

We provide special stickers to fix the poster on the stands.
The posters are meant to be visible all day. You are meant to be present at least during the poster session.

Finally, please have a look at the two tutorials given on tuesday.
